To find reviews of Eagleton's books you just need to enter his name into Search This Blog box that's located on the right panel of the blog.
I'd link to them, but I'm on the road right now and can't do that from my cell phone.Clarissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11027134365260069910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3164556861454970487.post-74862005822287649042010-12-23T13:12:16.462-05:002010-12-23T13:12:16.462-05:00Hi Clarissa. Just have a quick question with regard to Terry Eagleton: do you have reviews anywhere of his books that you could link me to? I'd love to read more of what you have to say about him and his work. Cheers and happy holidays!Bookseller Angiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12720403660957503308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3164556861454970487.post-70306545446986197672010-12-23T08:02:28.175-05:002010-12-23T08:02:28.175-05:00hello Clarissa, cool blog & good content. love...hello Clarissa, cool blog & good content. love to read it, u must check out this website & submit your blog for free to gain more traffic. have a nice day!Lydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07564091596969624905noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3164556861454970487.post-53788425097025429392010-12-20T12:12:01.889-05:002010-12-20T12:12:01.889-05:00Eagleton is right, as he usually is (except for wh...Eagleton is right, as he usually is (except for when he was knocking PoMo back in the '80's!). For me, the humanities is a state of mind, and not tied to any particular research program. I "do" humanities every time I crack into my tattered copy of Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations" on the bus ride home, or critique something I read in the newspaper or see on the tube, and yes, when I reply to a blog post. The humanities don't particularly need universities, but universities definitely need the humanities!ericnoreply@blogger.com
