A Teacher's Curse. . .

. . . consists of a constant disappearance of red-ink pens. No matter how many of them one buys (and I buy industrial quantities of these pens), there is never a red-ink pen to be found come grading time. The nature of this phenomenon remains shrouded in mystery for the moment.

I always use fountain pens. Then I just need bottles of whatever color of ink I decide to use.

I use pastel colors: purpley, pinky, turquoisey pens... :) Somehow I always have one around.

Interesting. I tend to prefer bright colors such as pink, amythyst, brown, bright green, and, rarely, red. I wish I could find a good bottled orange ink, but I have not been able to.
