Since We Are Taking About Identities

Here is a great meal that I prepared to celebrate my Russian-speaking identity. It's the unhealthiest food in the world and it shouldn't be eaten more than once every 5-6 months. The good thing is that you can't find it very easily in this area. When you do, though, it's fun.

What is it? It doesn't look very unhealthy...

Every single thing here (except the baked potatoes) is pickled or heavily salted. Ukrainian food is notoriously bad for blood pressure.

But it's very tasty. . . :-)

Well, if you drink A LOT of water with it, maybe that will cut the salt. I had some very sea salty sweet potato fries this weekend, yum, but probably not great for you (or me.)
